Marcantonio Raimondi (1475-1530)

Marco Antonio Raimondi was an Italian draughtsman of the High Renaissance period, who was born in 1475 and died in 1530 at Bologna. He was one of Rapahel Sanzio's assigned drafters; his drawing style was prominently bold and dynamic.

Among Raimondi's most known works are the engravings: "The Vision of St. Helena", "Lucretia", "David and Goliath", and "The Judgment of Paris".
